Our International Apprenticeship program

We believe in breaking down the barriers that stand in the way of individuals becoming successful fundraisers and making our chosen career more inclusive and diverse. To achieve this we are committed to working to recruit and train fundraisers in disadvantaged countries around the world, starting in Kenya. We pay our apprentices the national average wage for the countries they live in, rather than an apprenticeship wage.

Our pro bono work

Our team occasionally work pro bono. We only offer this to individual artists from underrepresented communities, who are on low incomes, and to small or start up organisations where the founder is currently volunteering and there are no paid staff. We are currently fully booked for 2023 but should you wish to be considered for 2024 please contact us at hannah@theartsfundraisers.com with a brief 150 word summary of who you are and what your project is.
